YOUR ROLE AS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Answering phones in both English and Spanish, connecting callers with Project Managers, Estimators, or HR.
- Issuing Purchase Orders (POs) for our Superintendents.
- Screening for marketing calls and directing them appropriately.
- All aspects of accounts payable.
- Support with obtaining lien waivers.
- Handling vendor invoices, including:
o Recording materials.
o Preparing invoices for Purchase Manager review.
- Entering data into CMiC Accounting Software.
- Assisting with payroll preparation:
o Updating timekeeping software (Exaktime) and making necessary corrections as identified by supervisors.
o Reconciling field workers weekly hours as needed.
- Assisting with filing and maintaining organized records.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- You are savvy with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
